If you want to achieve depth in one go and at the same time interview a larger number of test persons, our Double Stage is the right solution. A focus group with 6-8 participants takes place live and up to 25 participants simultaneously observe the group online and give their input via chat.
While an innerSense moderator moderates the real group, a second moderator filters the comments and remarks of the online participants and feeds them into the real group. In this way, new thought-provoking impulses can be achieved and broad and high case numbers can be realized quickly.
The anonymity of the online participants also promotes openness, so that things that are otherwise difficult to verbalize (embarrassing things) are also addressed in the group.
