Social Media meets Psychology!

In our complementary social media analysis, we take a closer look at relevant consumer content (comments/blogs/postings, etc.) and evaluate them. We want to understand how consumers approach certain topics on the net and in which tonality they ”treat” them.

The insights gained from the web can be compared to the results of in-depth interviews. In particular, when topics are difficult to verbalize or embarrassing, much can often be learned from the way they are talked about online.
